In the centre of Milan, in the heart of the fashion showroom area, “Gold” is an exclusive restaurant and bar lounge owned by Dolce&Gabbana.
The sun louvers installed on the main windows in gold and nickel plated aluminium for extra shine, are fitted with a motorised and electrical mechanism and were designed ad hoc specifically for this project.
The chandelier in the pastry making area consists in hundreds of strips which have been treated in the same ways as the sun louvers. The lighting fixtures create a play of lights and reflections which truly represent the name of the venue.
